Mr. Santosh Sarraf received a bachelor degree from the University of Calcutta at St Xavier's College. He advocated computer science and technical know-how. He started-up a premier ISP & Network Integration company, Express Communications Pvt Ltd., from scratch and worked for 4 years as Director & CEO. It was at MIL where he met Mr.Deepak Agarwal and jointly they worked upon a project which resulted in the foundation of e-CallServe Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. in 2004.

Mr. Sarraf's research interests include ITES, information extraction for practicing security. He has been a featured speaker at several international academic, business and technology forums, including TIE Forum and the Call-Center Forum. He has presented and shared his views on the latest technology,industry and quality.

Mr. Deepak Agarwal belongs to a well known Business family of Calcutta and has finished his Graduation from St Xavier`s College, University of Calcutta. He worked with a Private Company, MIL, where he had been instrumental in spearheading the company's export business from a scratch to a leading Export House within one year.

His in-depth knowledge and experience in the operational and commercial activities provides a tremendous impetus to achieve the set targets. His strategic thinking and expertise in recruiting and maintaining quality agents coupled with his excellent PRO talent is a key factor in the growing organisational success.
